I have had my school for over 3 weeks and all i can do is collect...when i try to go inside it tells me school is out???? yet we can do missions it tells me but I can't...what should I do, I really don't want to build another school house!

You need to wait for the Mrs Fanny Wildcat quest, then the school will open. I am working on mine so I do not know how much it requires but it has several parts:)
